What is in the pack and how to tell it is genuine.
Yes. Our camphor contains no chalk, talc, wax or synthetic extenders. Every batch is burn-tested before release — we look for a steady blue-white flame, no sputtering and a clean plate with no residue afterwards.
You can verify it yourself in under a minute. The three home checks are described on our Quality Promise page.
Bhimseni camphor is a premium crystal grade, traditionally preferred for puja and for its softer, rounder aroma. It burns a little slower and is usually reserved for special occasions. Our regular pressed tablets are the everyday choice for daily aarti and diya.
Camphor sublimates — it turns from solid straight into vapour — so keep it in an airtight container, somewhere cool and dark, away from sunlight and damp. Agarbatti and dhoop soften in humidity, so avoid bathroom and kitchen-sink shelves.
Stored properly, a sealed pack holds its aroma comfortably for a year or more.
Camphor is for burning, not for eating, and it is flammable. Always burn it on a non-flammable plate, away from curtains and loose cloth, and never leave it unattended. Store packs well out of reach of children and pets.
Camphor does not spoil, but it loses weight and aroma if left exposed to air. Agarbatti, dhoop and sambrani are best used within eighteen months of manufacture for full fragrance. The manufacturing date and batch code are printed on each pack.
Our agarbatti uses a bamboo stick, natural binding powders and a perfume blend. Dhoop cones and wet dhoop sticks are built on natural resins and herbal powders. We avoid the harsh chemical top-notes used to mask weak base material.

Where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes.
Across India, wherever our courier partners reach. We do not ship internationally at present. Camphor is classed as a flammable good, so a few remote pin codes may be served by surface transport only.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation. Festival weeks run a little longer.
Free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat charge applies, shown at checkout before you pay. Carton and wholesale consignments are quoted separately with your price slab.
Check the tracking link first — most delays are a failed delivery attempt. If tracking has not moved for three working days, call 8808051181 or write to us with your order number and we will chase the courier.
Yes. Self-collection from our Nathmalpur unit in Gorakhpur can be arranged — please call ahead so the order is packed and waiting for you.
When something is wrong with what arrived.
Sealed, unused packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they were damaged in transit, sent in error or fall short on declared weight. Opened camphor and incense cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. The full policy is on Shipping & Returns.
Photograph the outer carton, the pack and the invoice, then send them to us within 48 hours of delivery. Approved claims are replaced or refunded — you will not be asked to ship a damaged consignment back at your own cost.
Please do. Quote the batch code printed on the pack. Because every carton is coded, we can trace it back to the day it was made, check the retained sample from that batch and replace your pack.
Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
