Name, address, phone, email. That is what it takes to deliver a parcel.
We only mail you if you asked us to, and every mail can unsubscribe you.
Write to us and we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.
This website is operated by Anil Udyog, trading as Shiv Shakti, at Plot No. C-15, Govt. Industrial Estate, Nathmalpur, Gorakhnath, Gorakhpur – 273015, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean that business.
We are the data fiduciary for the personal information described here. If you have a question about any of it, our contact details are in section 12.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. We have no reason to ask about your religion, health, caste, political views or biometrics, and we do not.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
We never see or store your full card details. Card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs and net-banking credentials are handled entirely by the payment gateway on its own systems.
What we receive back is limited to a transaction reference, the amount, the payment method used and whether it succeeded — which is what we need to reconcile your order.
We share your information only where it is necessary, and only with:

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information safe: encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, hashed passwords, restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis, and payment handling delegated to certified gateways.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will inform you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Every newsletter we send carries an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about an order you placed are not marketing and will still reach you.
This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
Separately: camphor and incense are flammable and not edible. Please keep them out of reach of children — see our Quality Promise page for safe handling and storage.
