The daily ritual
Four unhurried minutes, morning or evening.
Take one or two sticks from the pack and keep the rest sealed so the fragrance stays fresh.
Hold the tip to a flame for a few seconds, then blow gently so it glows and begins to smoke.
Set the stick upright in a holder on a heat-safe surface, away from curtains and loose cloth.
Allow it to burn down fully and never leave it unattended. Reseal the pack afterwards.
